The “Programming in Python” lecture will be the third of the Basic Data Science module (after the "Linux & Terminal" and "Software Version Control with Git" lectures).
It will present an overview of this programming language popular across virtually all research disciplines. We will look at basic data structures, control statements and functions so that each participant could feel comfortable enough to try writing her/ his own functions relying on external modules by the end of the lecture. Registration is free but mandatory.
