Dear Members of the Lemanic Neuroscience Community, Dear Friends and Colleagues,

We are delighted to invite you to the first NeuroNA Human Cellular Neuroscience Symposium bringing together researchers around Lake Geneva to discuss the latest advancements in human stem cell research. The symposium will focus on developments in both Geneva and Lausanne and will showcase the cutting-edge platforms in both cities, shedding light on the remarkable progress achieved in the field. We will explore the promising potential of induced pluripotent stem cells and organoids in the field of neuroscience and psychiatric research.

Keynote speakers are Fides Zenk from EPFL, Denis Jabaudon from UNIGE, Renaud Du Pasquier and Pierre Marquet from UNIL/CHUV. Furthermore, the program will highlight the NeuroNA platforms, the HCNP at Campus Biotech Geneva and the human iPSC platform at the Center for Psychiatric Neuroscience at CHUV/UNIL, and inform about technological innovations.

In an effort to foster collaboration and support early career researchers, we are including short talks and a poster session selected from abstract submissions, allowing emerging talents in stem cells, brain development, and psychiatric neuroscience to contribute to the discourse.

We anticipate that this symposium will serve as a forum for scientific exchange and networking within the vibrant Lemanic Area research community.

Registration is free but mandatory: https://go.epfl.ch/NeuroNASymposium2024

Please find the full program attached.

We look forward to your participation!

On behalf of Pierre Magistretti and all organizers
